06 Jan Celebrating the end of the year: Dinner for Afghan refugees with ZAN e.V.
On December 10th, Afghan families from refugee shelters in Frankfurt were invited to a traditional Afghan evening. With the support of House of Resources Rhein-Main, the members of ZAN – Verein für die Rechte afghanischer Frauen e.V. (organisation for the rights of Afghan women) were able to prepare typical Afghan meals. More than 300 guests – both refugees and people engaged in refugee work – followed the invitation and danced to traditional music after the dinner.
